Shillong has had the privilege of hosting NEOSCON on three occasions over the past three decades, and it is with immense honour that we welcome you once again for the fourth time. Over the years, NEOSCON has grown in stature and substance, and as the Organising Chairperson, I assure you that this year’ s conference will be an experience to remember for years to come.

It is my privilege and pleasure to welcome you to the 39th Annual Conference of the North East Regional Orthopaedics Surgeons Association (NEOSCON 2026), to be held in Shillong, Meghalaya, this March.
NEOSCON has steadily evolved into one of the most significant academic platforms for orthopaedic surgeons and healthcare professionals in the region. This year’s two-day program is designed to provide a comprehensive academic experience, featuring keynote lectures, scientific paper and poster presentations, interactive workshops, and case-based discussions. We are honoured to host eminent speakers and faculty who will share their expertise and highlight the latest developments in orthopaedics.
